At The EcoFit, your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit or make a purchase from our website.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return your item within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unusedunwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

  • Items that have been wornwashed, or damaged will not be accepted.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@theecofit.com or call +91 96139 69696. You will be provided with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item. Please ensure the return package includes the original receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Refunds

1. Refund Eligibility

We strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories as listed on the product page.
  • The order was cancelled before shipment.
  • The item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact (as per our return policy).

2. Processing Time

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

3. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, or are damaged in any way.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want. We do not charge additional shipping fees for exchanges.
